I wouldn't eat anything from the US industrial meat system, especially hamburger mince. You know what they're doing with it now? Bleaching it in ammonia due to all the eColi H157 outbreaks, rather than recognising that the entire system surround feed-lotting and meatpacking is making people sick and hurting the environment. There is a need for systemic change, not ugly technofixes.
