So again, please explain to me why Dirk is clearly deserving and Tim is so obviously not when Tim out rebounds/assists/steals/blocks/defends Dirk and his team has the number one record in the league. Tim also is tops in the league at point differential defensively from when he is on vs off the court.
Literally, all Dirk does better than Tim is score points, but Tim doesn't have to score because he has Manu/TP. If Dirk had those two, he wouldn't score as much either and he wouldn't anchor the defense. In fact, he has Tyson to do the heavy lifting on that end so he can rest up and hide out.
Again, I am not trying to argue Tim>>>>>>>>>>>Dirk, I am asking for someone to refute what I have said before on why Tim is some egregious pick and Dirk is not?

There is no acting. He does. The stats prove it. Watch the game and ask any credible Spurs poster.

Stats help you to back up what you say. Of course, you have to analyze the stats and take things in context, but nothing I said was not true and was out of context.
The only replies the DB.COMERS have is "lol Spurs" or "lol Spur fan thinking Tim anchor's the defense".
So Duncan accepting this makes him the latest NBA welfare recipient...This is the equivalent of Chinese fan voting in Yao Ming...Spur fan can longer lol at Chinese fan...

Newsflash: The Western Conference COACHES were the ones who voted him in. These guys are the best in the world at judging basketball talent, and they obviously believe Duncan is still one of the best post players in the West DESPITE his career low stats.
I'll take the EXPERT opinion of 14-15 NBA coaches on Duncan's impact, over some dumbass fan's opinion on an internet message board.
Duncan has a great cast around him. He doesn't have to score like Kevin Love. Let's check playoff stats when it's all said and done. Spurs know Duncan is still the major part of a championship puzzle. Spurs need Duncan.....especially at playoff time and chances are Duncan will show up with the numbers....when it really counts.
Why would a guy with Duncan's resume want to knock himself out during the "regular" season? Save that for Dirk Nowitski's of the world.
