Ra Sushi has 10 Sushi chefs on weekends and they move a ton of sushi.

Unless you are eating it as you catch it (I have), it's all packed in ice and it's the cut and the treatment that makes the difference. Besides, where are you going to get fresh caught Alantic salmon? You going to fish for it from the beach?

I don't have my degree framed. I don't own an "I Love Me" wall. It's in a manila envelope, with the rest of my stuff.

For 500 dollars, I would bring it, show it, let him marvel and drool over it, deny it then eventually cave and and grovel. Then i would pay for dinner and leave. That's pretty simple.

It would have to be a paypal transaction or a mediator however. I didn't get to be my age by being stupid (all the time).
