Declaring you go whitewater rafting and act all and gay, while being re ed in every thread. Not really a good schtick, just flat out nonsensical in general.
tbh there's nothing gay about it or me....I haven't mentioned my ww rafting in a while....why u bring it up...you wanna catch some some rapids....ww rafting is comforting it gives me the inner peace, solace and calm I need in this mad world...it's beautiful and awe inspiring...you really ought to try it sometimes...it's the very reason I'm such a progressive thinker and years ahead of most people my age and older than me....it just may help change your perspective on life...you feel me...

I've been white water rafting and it's a lot of fun, but I wouldn't say that there is any way that it could help you become more of a progressive thinker unless you rafted into some kind of time traveling whirlpool or waterfall and traveled through time studying under Aristotle, Socrates, Rousseau, Marx, Darwin, Dewey, DuBois, Roosevelt, Sinclair, Washington . . . and then, somehow could formulate what you learned and apply it, practically, to the modern world.
I'm afraid pretending to be black dude and talking about s and assholes all the time on a internet sports forum does not quite qualify.
Ohm's gotten some heat in the past, but aside from Stretch, he's the most underrated poster on ST.
"Cubby-talk", imo, tops everything off, w/ Banzia/redzero's gifs a not too distant second.
Again, what shtick? People, due to my kind & gentle nature, are always testing me. They know that I am so thoughtful, forgiving and genuine so they constantly see what they can get away with.
I absolutely hate that I am in a position where I have to strip people of something they enjoy and where I have to move threads constantly. It's something I try so hard, soooooo hard not to do because of the love and kindness in my heart.
Also, GoodOdor, how can you steal a shtick when I am not using one? I do things to keep this place beautiful. To protect the rights of every last person, whether you are short, fat or a mentally challenged poster. My family opens their door to Katrina hood rats, LA riot victims and DB.Freaking.Comers. Me handing out final warnings and then a few vacations is not nearly the same as you saying "don't make me bump thread ...."
I am not a power tripper but don't push me. Banning bad people is the sweetest joy next to getting goosey. Pictures threads unstarted, wise words being parted, I have taken the weakness in the NBA Forum and sewed it.

There is nothing empty about my "threats". I takes a lot for me to ban someone, and I try to give plenty of warnings. I offer help as well. That is what separates me from others. Not only do I let you know when you are acting up, I proactively offers tailored solutions to solve your problems.
Whether you take me up on that is another thing...

Here's an example of some situations I've been in and it's helped me to earn my Progresssive Thinker Badge...so yes I've faced down way more in the elements than what you cats have to offer...facing a rapid is much tougher than facing a cat with a .45 cal...
