I'll take the bet. What game?
If the Mavs and Spurs meet up this post-season and the Spurs win, you have to beat, or at least attempt to beat, the NES game Amagon (the game we suggested you try in the Geek Zone). No cheats are allowed.
Deal?
Feel free to come up with the stakes for me.
BUMP, you can take this bet, as well.
I'll take the bet. What game?
I've never heard of that game, tbh
If the Mavs win you gotta try and beat SMB3 without using whistles
Of course, the loser has to get some kind of recording software and record the entire playthrough and upload it YouTube.
holy that game looks brutal
game bets are for losers...sig bets are for REAL men.
do you have the game yourself?
Cause I can show you a site where you can play for free without downloading anything
Roms are easy to get. Will Kori be a narc and delete posts if they were linked to rom sites?
I have it.
Damn, shouldn't be that hard for you then.
I could beat it in like 3 hours on the SNES but I can't beat it in on the computer because the keyboard is a lot harder to use. I got to some fortress in world 7 where the jumps were ridiculously hard to do so i stopped
tbh, i have a N64 and SNES emulator
I grew up in that era, saw "The Wizard" in the theaters where all us jackass kids drooled over Super Mario Bros. 3, but I never actually played the game beyond the initial stages.
It's been on my to play list for about 10 years now
Since I didn't have an SNES or an N64 growing up (Genesis and PSX all day errday), Project 64 was the only way I was able to play SSB, Mario Party, and Goldeneye. Those were the days.
tbh, I assumed you'd have to try on the computer so I had to pick something reasonable but challenging.
SMB1 on the computer is pretty much impossible because you start off with 3 lives and if you get a game over you have to start from the beginning again. ing re ed
Lol Stretch's review of Amagon:
Lol Stretch's review of Amagon:
This game is hard as . There was this hilarious review of it by a guy who couldn't get past the first level even though he had the game for 15 years. He broke his controller before he was able to beat the level. Too bad the video of the review is nowhere on the internet now.
And it's worth nothing we also drooled over Jenny Lewis.
Yep. Another legendary NES mind .
NES and SNES game were 100x harder than the current games. Those Japanese bas s were ruthless
hhaaha
Reminds me of this:
I never beat Maximum Carnage, and that game wasn't even that hard.
^ that looks trippy as
