And yeah, rural, lower class African Americans won't do that kind of work, when in 1993, Black peach pickers in Georgia were displaced by illegal immigrants. And another report showed that migrants displaced produce workers in Michigan. Until you can show me cold, hard proof that "Americans are unwilling to do the jobs illegals will," your point is nothing more than speculation.
And as for farming, it has largely gone the way of automation, so illegals have little impact, negative or positive, in that industry.
