I can't think of any irrational poster on ST or any other messageboard that I have ever taken seriously.Are you not guilty of this yourself? If no one has ever explained/ascertained/discovered/proven---GOD--in the history of mankind/human beings--then you would be right on the money if you accused that preacher of being misinformed.
I don't know if ALL preachers out there do this...but as soon as anyone utters."god said_________" they have already misspoken...because NO-ONE can ever prove or disprove that there is/is not a god and if he said/never said those words...
so they are talking about something they don't know about and they are convincing their followers that it is the truth because god allegedly said so...

I'm on the fence as to if there is a god or not. It's hard for me to believe everything that has happened is just some accident. But if some one did create all this...who created them/it? Tricky.
Some one said "god let this happen" referring to bad things on this earth. Natural disasters and crimes..etc. Well if God(if he is real) wanted to stop all the crime and bad things/EVIL on this earth wouldn't you think he would stop all evil? Everything immoral would be erased. Even little things like lying and thinking bad thoughts. Oh but no people want god to not let really bad things happen...but the not so bad things it's ok we can have those
I would think god sees evil no matter how small it may appear to us. So god would have to erase killing,stealing,lying,cheating..etc. Who here can say has never done that. All of you have done at one of those. So you should be erased.
However if you believe in the bible jesus died on the cross for all our sins pass present and future. That's if you believe that

Well life was perfect/like heaven in the garden of eden. Till women and man decided to disobey God by eating from the forbidden tree(why he put it there in the fist place..who knows). I assume god wanted to treat us to riches and great things. But that sin thing you know. So god was like "yo u cant obey simple rules?...fine now you and your offspring have to work for your riches and earn your way to heaven from now on" Course that's just what I get from the bible. Dunno how it holds true.
