I would say it was stupid for Orlando to ship Gortat out but it was probably worth it just to get rid of Carter.

To be fair, Gortat did miss two gimmes in the first OT...he makes those, and the Suns likely win...but yeah, Vince Carter is hot garbage.

No . Like Ive said, a healthy Bynum > Gasol. Defense & Rebounding > Scoring.

Maybe because Gasol has the mileage of going through 3 consecutive deep playoff runs, including 2 les, while Bynum was a complete non-factor..it's not really debatable..Bynum has about a month stretch every year, where he looks dominant, then he's a non-factor for the playoffs..

But Bynum was in Perkin's vicinity when he landed awkwardly, so that means that he was the reason the Lakers won last year.

That was more accurately Nash owning Gasol, not Gortat. Nash creates 90% of Gortat's offense.

    Spot on.

If it wasn't for the great facilatator that Nash is Gortat would be a tad bit above scrub status. Maybe that's too hard on Gortat because I actually like him but to say he's dominant is silly.
