Haha you can tell hill don't get interviewed often.
Could we have seen the last of Bonner/Blair? Perchance to dream.

Hill with 24 points on 8-9 shooting!!![]()
Splitter felt it for many games. I like Blair, but Splitter should be playing every game.
Hill, in the past two weeks, has really upped his play. If Tiago continues to play at this level and gets minutes, the second unit will be solid. Especially if Bonner can find ways to help when his shot is not falling (although the Spurs really need his shot to fall).
Manu has to have another gear. He has to find his legs and the endless energy the Spurs need. RJ/Hill/Manu can get to the line and they will all have to for the Spurs to go far.
RJ. Well. I don't have anything different to say about that guy.
NO! I wanted Splitter and if Blair is the victim it has to be ... especially as Bonner played a great overall game today
9-13 from three.
Now if they can just keep that formula up for the playoffs . . .![]()
46 points is very good. That would be 92 for the game which is outstanding. Not to mention the pace has been pretty quick seemingly.
However, the Suns could quite easily have 56 points if they make some shots they normally do.
not really, Blair needs to develop a mid-range shot because the guy is impatient in the post and usually gets blocked or misses the shot.
Reporter: What got into you guys today?
Blair: Uhh... we just needed to win. Uhh... yeah.
Now THIS is more like it damn it.....
Jon Barry with the semi- Anti Spurs take.
Re .
the pace might be the reason ... because it seemed the Suns were not hitting anything but still got 46 points ... hopefully the Spurs do not fall asleep and at least hold them under 100
TBH, Barry is just saying what Spurs fans say about the Spurs all the time.
If Tiago can play like this, then it's what is good for the team. Of course, most everyone really likes Blair and he does have very good talent, so you do feel bad for him, but it's a tough choice to make and it's the NBA.
Blair will be ready when his number is called.
It's amazing how much of a difference Splitter makes. You could easily see it when Phoenix got into the paint and Tiago stepped up with the help D, the Phoenix player would come to a halt and pass out to the perimeter...
Blair: We played excellent!
Tony: Definitely!
Splitter getting his minutes.
as I said earlier ... Splitter anchored the defense better than Timmy did
+1. It all depends on match-ups as well. I'll take a Splitter/Bonner or Splitter/Blair front-court over Bonner/Blair anyday. If Bonner is struggling or he just isnt right for the match-up, Pop can get away with putting Blair out there with Splitter...
He can still play in this game if the blowout continues.
Now, if Splitter is finally going to get playing time, which is a good thing, don't expect Blair to play much this season or in the playoffs. Pop will shorten the rotation and some players have to be left out. The only thing Blair can do now is to think about next season.
I'm pretty sure every game his instructions are: "Make a corner 3 within the first 3 minutes, then disappear for the rest of the game." I ing kid you not.
This is a good performance, hopefully we win by 20 because anything less and it'll count as a loss unless they match my predicted score tbh
