Both teams sucking ass today.
Nuggz have missed 7 FTs and trail by...wait for it...7 at the half.![]()
Agree terrible shot but that wa snot luck that takes a lot of skill ...
He was fouled even your biased sour glasses could see that he was fouled at least twice on that play ...
I have no issue with that shot ...but some of the others were definitely forced. If he gets the call that was the "right" play.
Both teams sucking ass today.

I've been tending to the cattle.
He wasn't fouled and has easily been giving adequate FT's for the times he has been fouled.
FIFY. Go upstairs with that nonsense.![]()
Who said that? Keep reading. he has forced some shots. I have no problem with that one because he was fouled. And have you been watching this game? Besides Bynum this team has come out flat ...we NEED his aggression or would you prefer to play the "right way" and lose?
My issue whether with Kobe or any of the other Lakers is they are not feeding Bynum ...
Lakers have 29 boards
21 from Gasol and Bynum
Rebounds win rings
He is keeping LA from blowing them out. If he would stop playing one on one, forcing terrible shots and complaining, and instead feed Bynum and Pau, they would be crushing even more.
at saying him doing that would make them lose. That is absolutely ludicrous.
Uh, both teams are shooting like JV teams, what do you expect. The nuggets have more offensive rebounds.
yes he was watch it on DVR he was fouled. even before he went for that shot. are NBA refs inconsistent? but less is called for fouls ...the play where Lamar got called for an offensive fould had much less contact.
The reality is Kobe doesnt get some of those calls because he es too much ...no issue with complaining once or twice a game ...but after a while he is like the little boy who cried wolf.
Ifr he has his flop game down like Martin, Manu, JJB, Batum and Bosh maybe he would get more calls ...
Kobe shoots more FT's than everyone you mentioned except Martin who always draws fouls. Good point.
Well, we already won our game today. Y'all haven't won yours yet.
Guess I forgot how successful trying to overcome lack of defense with 3 point shooting is...
Yup...short of Bynum getting hurt again before the playoffs, it is indeed the Lakers le to lose. Nobody can stop Bynum. He is GOD in the paint.
Reading comprehension ...try it.
I never said playing inside out wasnt smart, winning basketball. My point was outside of Bynum, the Lakers look "flat". Again are you NOT watching the game? Sure Kobe is forcing the action in fact i said to my wife he has made some STUPID plays ...but we NEED his aggression in a game like this. By being aggressive he draws defenders and even when he shoots and misses especially when he drives we are attacking the boards.
No excuse though for all of the Lakers not feeding bynum more.
Jon Barry/Michael Wilbon downplaying Hill's performance and doing their best Laker Homerism.
That wasnt my point you are being rather obtuse ...
My point is in the play I was reffering to the guys I mentioned would of flopped ...but nice try smart guy.
You must be a "learned man" ...![]()
LkrFan rendering another thread unreadable.
No it is Miami's le to lose. The Heat have a legit frontcourt to negate the Lakers. The Heat have the edge in the backcourt and the bench. Miami will also have homecourt advantage over LA.
He is sitting on the top of the mountain, but damn was he born at the right time or what?
Where are the dominant bigmen these days?
Notice how the announcers keep harping on "only 1 back in the loss column". It is abundantly clear that EVERYONE on ABC is salivating over the Lakers and are trying to make the race appear as close as possible.
