I wasn't aware that Puerto Rican was a race, or that white was an ethnicity.
Both.
The finalization is just a court hearing when everything becomes official -- they get your last name and everything. It's usually about 12 months (or in some cases much longer) after they move in with you.

I just don't like seeing when people say things like __%white, and __%some Latin American country. Countless number of people have been confused and have a hard time understanding this concept. A lot of people in the US simply view people from Latin Americans as s, s, etc. etc. etc. when many are completely white and can look whiter than the dumb ass thinking he/she is superior because he isn't Latin American.
In your case, I was just poking some fun. Your kids are awesome though, they should have a great experience growing up together. More people need to have the mindset you guys have, we need more adopters.
Next thing you know, she will be begging you to start Driver's Ed. Like my little girl.
Here they were at 9 and 11 months (I think).

RG and I have been blessed with two biological children and for years have talked about expanding our family by adopting a pair of siblings perhaps. But we will probably never actually get around to doing it, which makes me very happy for and impressed by people who go through the long, hard process of adopting. Congratualtions to you and your beautiful growing family. What lucky kids!
There are just not enough words to express how happy it makes me to see families become whole by finalizing adoptions. Kids get forever parents and parents get forever kids.
I'm so glad everything is moving so quickly for y'all, too. I can't wait to see the others!

1.- Buy several guns and rifles, preferably of a larger caliber
2.- Chose a room in your house and decorate with dark wood paneling. Indirect lighting is preferred.
3.- Display guns in lighted guns cabinet.
4.- Buy several heads of deers, wolves, stags, wild boars... and mount on wall. Fill in the remaining space on the walls with photos of special forces soldiers posing with guns.
Done! you now have a boyfriend interview room
