good timing![]()
Coming out of a timeout, if Dirk wants the ball, Dirk gets the ball. You really think anyone could stop him from taking those final shots? Is anyone stopping a true superstar from taking the final shot if he really wants it?
good timing![]()
Best part about this is that by the time Portland is done face ing the Mavs, Roy's knee will be so shot he'll be in a wheelchair for the Lakers series.![]()
New series, first to two games. Mavs with both games at home, they have the advantage. A loss is a loss, by 2 or after being up 20+... still a loss.
I'm just saying, Kidd got an inch of daylight and decided to let it fly while Dirk was still getting position. Jet, well.... it, you're right.
This reminds me of this one time when I thought I was going to marry this girl and she's telling mr me what kind of engagement ring she wanted, then five days later she dumped me.
well maybe Dirk needs to move his ass then. Again, if Kobe wants a shot at the end, will there ever be a "well it let me take the shot cuz he's still getting into position!" moment on the Lakers?
marion had a play called for him out of a time out which made me say WTF...You'd think Dirk would tell RC give me the mother in' ball but no. Lets give the ball to Marion....![]()
according to Dirk jock-sniffers, that just proves what a
great in team player
he is.
it proves to me he's a pussy who won't say " your piece of play, give me the ing ball and let me bail your dumb ass out, coach"
If its Shannon Brown, maybe.![]()
And there really can't be any"Dirk's supporting cast blows!"
complaining here either.
If his supporting cast sucks, then why is he letting them take big shots at the end?
Dirk saying JET is our closer further proves this
This is good for LA. I saw it down to 15 but thought nothing of it. Decided to watch Youth Revolt which was okay. Saw the Mavs lost and was pretty happy about it.
Look at it this way...they could've called timeout.
already been done
Mavs in 7!
It's still not the biggest letdown. I think these guys are in familiar waters and will respond on Monday. Remember "Both teams play hard, my man" from Rasheed Wallace? They blew a 3-1 series lead to the Blazers in 2003. This isn't even the biggest series lead given up to the BLAZERS. They will win game 5.

Apparently Mark Cuban shares your sentiment.
