Griz will be packing the paint on Parker. Shooters need to be ready, especially after the second pass.
Pop may have shot himself in the foot when he trained the players to "pass the ball on a good shot to get a great shot". Great shots just don't seem to come around as often in the playoffs, but the players are still out there fishing for them.
He's as good as ever on defense though. They need to just stop going to him in the post and let him play 40 minutes protecting the paint.

Anyone else concerned Spurs shooting so well and only up two, or just happy we are winning?
Also, grizz have had more fouls called on them this game than the spurs, was shocked to see that!
Half empty: Parker has 19 points on perfect shooting and the Spurs are only up two
Half full: Duncan has two points and the Spurs are still up two
THAT is dead on. Some people underestimate momentum changers like that, but it's a bit part of the game. That pass was totally unnecessary, and it definitely changed the momentum of the game and destroyed the nice rhythm the Spurs had.
If the break isn't there, trust the offense and grind them down.
Spurs are boring, just like "duncan hits a crazy shot".
Mayo, Vasquez & Conley combining for 24 points, + our turnovers is the difference in the game.
Passes have definitely been off the mark and some of them telegraphed since the hot start in the 1st. Got to get cleaned up because Memphis has active hands and is waiting to pick them off in the lane.

Can't say the rest of the bench has bench has been doing much better, but I guess the line has to be drawn somewhere.
Pop's life will be in danger when he puts Blair in during the second half and keeps Tiago on the bench.
