Pop needs to retire. I think he's lost his love for the game. His coaching and line-ups have been suspect pretty much all season. He did this to the team - this beat down is a result of his stubborness and refusal to use all the tools at his disposal.

This is an embarrassment. I just wish someone would go off during the post-game press conference instead of being all nicey-nicey and talking about what a great team Memphis is. I'm done with this team for the season!

The decision to start Splitter in the 2nd half was a poor one. The Spurs came out and played really badly and have never recovered.

But that being said, Splitter was a good choice, Pop just found another way to out thinkhimself by ing with things too much. Its a trademark of his.

Splitter didn't do bad at all. It's not his fault Pop randomly inserted him into the lineup and really had nowhere to put him.

It just seemed like there was no rhythm all game with any lineup we put in there, and Splitter being in lineups he had never seen all year, certainly didn't help.
