That should be the vbookie for this series.
Better question... who isn't going to be suspended?
Serious question for Mavs fans, do you think C. Brewer will be used in this series? I don't think you want Peja guarding some of their perimeter players.
Mav fans, put the times in the right time zone. 9:30pm start time for game 1 but will probably be 9:45pm or 9:50pm. I've always found it funny that America is dominated by the eastern time zone.
The sun rises in the east my friend and NY gets first dibs on everything.
The same Chuck who was absolutely positive the Magic would beat the Hawks.
Chuck picking Mavs when Lakers have home court, are the back to back champs, Dallas has never won anything, Lakers won the season series against Dallas and are highly motivated to send Phil out with a ring in his last season? Um, ok.

None of which really means if the other team is simply better than yours...
I think the Mavs get to decide who moves on in this series... will they choke though?
(Cue: Like San Antonio?)
Depends.
Peja was on Wallace for some stretches too and he didnt do *such* a bad job. When he got beat he at elast delivered solid hard playoff fouls.
RC doesnt trust young guys, we have to see. I think just if Peja is stone cold for longer stretches
Anyone objective has no reason to think Dallas will win the series. They were not better during the season and they are playing the champions without homecourt.
He picked the hawks...stupid azz nikka![]()
After game five he said he was absolutely positive the Magic would win the series
Just like his "ain't nobody touching the Cavs this year" shtick![]()
Good luck Dallas![]()
The 'champion' was last year... different team this season, different bench, different production...
Lakers hit their stride post All Star break for about 13 games, then shut off again... up to that point, Dallas was playing better than them... right now, I think Dallas is back to playing better than them...
The reality is that if this Lakers team would be playing anything like last season's team, they would have made quick work of that NO team...
Right. They won with a hobbled Bynum. He's healthy now. He's a difference maker.
Lakers have a history of underachieving against inferior teams only to snuff them out when they have to. If I remember right I think they are 8-1 closing teams out on the road in the playoffs.

lol @ hobbled Bynum... any other excuses you want to throw out there to make it sound more epic? Kobe hurt too? Knee, finger?
Last season Lakers team had a deeper bench that knew the system, they played much better all season long, to the point they had HCA locked way before the playoffs started, and could coast to it.
This Lakers team is not that Lakers team. Not even close.
The west is a better this season. That same Rockets team didn't make the playoffs this time around. The only team that was as weak was NO, because they were missing West, and arguably Memphis (yeah, I know).
This Lakers team is not even close to sniffing a 3 peat, IMO.
lol.
not one member of that team gives a flying about jackson.
Bookmarked to be bumped later.
Should be a really good series. Mavs are still a jump shooting team. Lakers in 6-7.

I have a feeling that Lamar Odom is about to tear the mavericks a new asshole.
I see what you did there. Ever so witty.
LOL A fluke shot away from losing to the eight seed in five games.
LOL Kobe Bryant wanting to trade china doll for the old man.
Should be a compe ive series. Lakers should take it in 6 or 7.
