Richard Jefferson is dead to me. I defended him and his ing contract all year but this . Hill should start in the 2nd half and James Anderson should see the floor before RJ gets another minute.

I tried to defend him too ( I try not give up on guys) but he's putting pressure on the rest of the Spurs by not getting to the basket and giving Dice the ball WAY out of his comfort zone just so he doesn't have to make a decision on offense.....he's playing scared and there's no room for that in what could possibly be the last game of the season.

Splitter: A+ Can not expect more from him. Awesome on defense, good positioning on the offensive end. More Splitter in the 2nd half

Bonner: A- Can not expect more on the defensive end plus a block. Made all his shots (bank being open)

Neal: B Not shooting great but played uncharacteristically good D with 3 boards, a steal and an assist

Parker: C Better step it up in the 2nd half. Needs to be a facilitator instead of a jump shooter

Hill: C couple of big boards, needs to be more aggressive when he's handling the ball and Parker is also on the court

Manu: D Terrible decision making, no aggressiveness.

Duncan: D- WTF? Biggest game of the season and commits 4 1st quarter TOs

Dice: F- Bench him the rest of the game

RJ: F- Completely horrible, nothing positive

You're damn right. Finley sucked at the end but he did show up in a few series for the Spurs. He was huge against Dallas in 06.

RJ on the other hand is just ing terrible.

ZBo has mroe rebounds than all our startes combined... pathetic. Get on the glass Spurs, they did great in the last part of the second except for 2 or 3 stupid moves. Clean up the play just a little and we win this game. 3rd quarter is key. Keep driving it into the lane and force them to foul. And for God's sake look for the open man. PGs.

I can see defending RJ, but why ever defend that contract? It was always ful from any perspective, and now it's a massive albatross on our capspace for 3 more years as we try to rebuild... yippee! NOT.

I still believe Parker got hurt in game 1, he just hasn't said anything about it. He does not have that quick higher level gear anymore.

Alright I give up. Somebody PLEASE PLEASE explain to me why George Hill has been the primary ball handler when he is on the court with Parker?

Why is Hill handling it at the top and Parker only gets the ball in the corner?

What is going on here....George Hill is a notoriously bad ball handler with poor vision....Parker is supposed to have speed as an asset.

And he's being forced to handle the ball in the corner, surrounded by Grizzlies with Hill wasting like 10 seconds off the shot clock to hand him the ball.

WTF is going on here??????

I meant to post this in the timvp thread to get some input but I am just beside myself at a loss trying to figure this one out.

It worked well, but I didn't get why Hill and Neal were the ballhandlers when they were sharing court with Tony or Manu, but whatever if this get us the win.
And get the Big Three more involved in O, Manu only 4 shots, Tony 5 and Tim 7. Even Gary Neal shot more than them

Saving the season. Manu is playing even worse than he was in game 4.....he ESPECIALY needs to wakeup and stop throwing those dumbs passes.

He's passing across court while in the air, or fading away. I swear he's trying to give this away. He has to accept what he thinks is there, is not. Just go to the hole before doing some absurd like that. He almost tossed it away trying to advance the ball as well.

The turnovers are killing us, and so are the bad shots. Dead minutes from RJ. He's a ghost. Better a ghost than a turnover machine though.

Mental mistakes right now, and it's hard not to blast the tv with the remote Wii style.
