God doesn't want that. You are destroying marriage.

Repubs by and large are against same-sex marriage. You're having an iden y crisis.

a lot of people hit on me...Milfs, underage teens, Grandma's, gays, you name it...it's not unusual...but cat calling is bold...I will straight split a gay wig over that ...![]()
They are totally turning you gay.
what? How do you propose a Republican president or a Republican majority in the house or senate legalize abortion?
Explain how a Republican president or Republican majority in congress/the senate can do anything regarding abortion?
Has to be an amendment to the cons ution at this point tbh.
because there's the Supreme Court ruling Roe V. Wade that states aborton cannot be made illegal, and the only way for that decision to get overturned is if they are presented with another ruling that can overturn it. The legislative and executive branch of government are powerless on the issues.
not knowing the government works
I will say this.....when King David killed a man so he could have sex with his wife...from what I'm told the baby was killed by god because of the way it was conceived...but at certain stages or during the first few weeks of the first trimester it's not a baby...even embryo's in labs...they put those things in freezers so they can't be babies...don't know that people can just put live babies in freezers when they go on vacations...lol
But republicans care only for embryo's or babies while it's in the womb..as soon as it's born they couldn't give a ....tbh
King David had eight wives.
lol Christian idea
The only way it could be made illegal is if a state (since it's not a law that can be made on a federal level) passed an amendment making it illegal, someone brought it to court, and the case made it all the way to the Supreme Court. After that, states would still have to pass laws against abortion on an individual level unless there was a cons utional ban on abortion (which there will never be). Liberal states like Massachusetts will always be a place where you can get an abortion.
It's not like the Supreme court can reverse Roe v. Wade anytime it feels like it.
What happened to, "why can't the Republicans just make it illegal
!"
under the old rule of law just like slavery....![]()
1) Have the Republicans had 2/3rds of the majority? They've had 60%, i don't remember if they've had 67%.
2) It would still need to go through the Supreme court. You can't make a cons utional amendment that goes directly against a Supreme Court ruling.
Do you not realize the utter improbability of either of those altering processes?
So I've been debating Dok and his daddy....dam I'm good...
Tyse keep regulating these lady boys....![]()
Hey, there's new law saying gays can marry.
God's will.
So did God change his mind on polygamy?
Since when did perfect beings change?
When have the Republicans had 75% (or 67%) of all the seats? It was pretty lopsided from 2004-2006, I forgot if it got that lopsided.
There are also pro-choice Republicans. There's a reason why you need 2/3rds of the vote to amend the cons ution, it's damn near impossible to have 2/3rds of the vote.
You think that's easy?
Have you ever seen someone's stance on abortion change? If more than 1/3rd of congress is pro-choice, all the pushing in the world can't do jack .
This...and if that majority is ever reached on an amendment, it's usually because it was an egregious mistake (i.e. Prohibition)
Even if they got 2/3rds of the vote, it would be a matter of time before someone brought it to court and it got pushed up to the Supreme Court where they could nullify the new amendment. The only way abortion will ever be illegal again in this country is if Roe V. Wade was overturned whereas States had the ability to pass laws on their own for/against abortion. No matter what, Massachusetts, California, New York, etc. will always be places you can go to get an abortion.
