Die Red Sox, Die
This shall be an interesting match-up between the Sox. It could go down to the wire.
Right now, White Sox are owning the Red Sox, in game 1.
Clement = OWNED by the White Sox
Damn, the White Sox just went off on the Red Sox.
12 - 2 in the 7th
the whitesox are using up all their hits this game
they should save some o for next game!
White Sox owned the Red Sox
14 - 2
That is pathetic.
there's an endless amount of hits when clement is pitching.
Where's Jim at to make a post?
I hope he isn't hitting some wall with his head, or drinking too much...
I hope he isn't crying.....
I hope he isn't celebrating the return of the old Red Sox...![]()
It wasn't a fluke. 2 - 0 White Sox
It was a fluke tonight, that is not even in question.
If the White Sox win Friday, do you think it will still be a fluke?
Freddy Garcia vs Tim Wakefield
Pretty good match-up
Dude that was protypical pre 2004 Red Sox.It was a fluke tonight
Ball goes through the second baseman's legs, and then fatass Wells serves up a gopher ball.
I couldn't help but laugh.
It was all the Red Sox stuff, wrapped into 1 inning.
Game in hand, 1 out, simple double play, turns into a 5 run inning losing the game.
Graffanino = Buckner.

I could not help but laugh.
You do not call this a fluke?![]()
The dude makes 3 errors all year, and this was by far the EASIEST PLAY of them all.
It was pure fluke, nothing more.
Sox have been in a huge hole the last 2 yrs, and climbed out each time with 3 straight against Oakland and 4 straight against NY, they have to do it again. One game at a time....the odds are against them, but since they have a history of doing it before, they have as good a chance as anyone to pull it off.
Is this series a best of 5 or like basketball did they make all rounds a best of 7?
Jim, I just don't think they have the pitching this year. In the past they could throw Pedro, Schilling, or Lowe (when he was real good). Plus, Folke was a pretty good closer. This year will be much harder than the past.
Not likely Jim, those other teams had better pitching than this Red Sox team has.
Best of 5
And they had Roberts last year as a pinch runner![]()
Geez, can ESPN stop overanalyzing the error?
Only a fielding blunder by a Red Sox player would get this much attention.
He was also a former-White Sox player, I believe.
Yup, he played for the White Sox in 03.

Livin in the past.
Live in the present.
The Sox are back to being the Sox.
While Id agree with you if they had a pitching staff.Sox have been in a huge hole the last 2 yrs, and climbed out each time with 3 straight against Oakland and 4 straight against NY, they have to do it again. One game at a time....the odds are against them, but since they have a history of doing it before, they have as good a chance as anyone to pull it off.
Schilling nor Wakefield have it.
Freddy Garcia is a pretty damn good pitcher.
If not Wakefield then Schilling?? The same Schilling you think should be cut???
Face it Jim, this wasn't a fluke, LAST YEAR was a fluke.
Lucifer obviously took the month of October off.
