Hmm...We're awfully quick to convict a lady who's innocent of everything except lying to police...
Yes, lying to police is always the sign of an innocent person.

Just remember, just because she's not crying every minute of every day doesn't mean she doesn't miss her baby girl. We all show grief in different ways.
    We most certainly do.

    Anyways, RIP Caylee.
Rest In Peace? Her little skeleton was chewed up by animals in the woods. I think it's too late for that.

I'm not sure what part of "beyond a reasonable doubt" is confusing to some people. Its pretty clear she did it, but theres not enough evidence to convict. happens all the time. Police know who did it in a lot of cases but can't get enough evidence.

People have been convicted with less evidence. A mountain of cir stantial evidence should be good enough.

Was there LESS evidence in this case than the Scott Peterson case?
I don't know but only one of them is a white female. Guess which one got off?

    That's not saying much.
Sean Hannity said the state didn't prove its case and that people who still believe she is guilty are incompetent.

She got off because she's white? Or because she's female?

I guess we're going to start needing a video of the crime.

She got off because the evidence wasn't enough to convict her. The fact that she was a white female plays a role, however.

If you really want some proof race and gender play a role in trials like this take a look at the jury selection process. Attorneys know who to pick and they have reasons for making those choices. What do you think they are?

she did it everyone knows she did it, but given the evidence that was presented by the prosecution. There's no way to say beyond a reasonable doubt that she did it.

Sadly, this case shows just how easy it is to kill your kid and get away with it. You just have to hope your kid becomes skeletonized before being discovered. It helps if you live in a warm, humid climate.
    So, I'm ed basically

Trainwreck gets it. Its not complicated really. There are literally thousands of cases where the police and FBI know who killed someone but can't prove it. I was watching a thing on Gotti the other day and after Paul Castellano was killed they were all celebrating and welcoming Gotti as the new boss like it was a coronation. Everybody in the media knew who did it and so did anyone who read the newspapers, but they had no evidence. Its not complicated really and its not some novel thing that just started happening yesterday.

Oh please. You trying to pity anyone on this board is a great comedy routine. Besides, I'm not the one trying so hard to close my eyes to the fact that race and gender play a role in these decisions when the people involved readily admit it. You're so scared of the fact.

I guarantee you he'd have a different view had Casey been black. No doubt about it.
