No ! He can't bring himself to just admit that race is a factor. And yet, I've never seen him explain the reasoning for black incarcerations being so much higher. I guess its just bad luck.
Actually, I had never heard race mentioned at all [in relation to this case] until I read about it in this forum.

It may have but that's pretty much impossible to measure. But when you look at all our nation's cases overall, who do you think gets convicted more (percentage wise)? White women or black men? Why?
