Meh.
Take any population of hundreds of thousands of people, put them in a high-stress job, day in, day out.
Then see if none of them ever do ed up things, or make mistakes.
The things the video, I will assume sight unseen, while shocking, are not new, unexpected, or never to be repeated.
I don't need an hour long video to tell me something that I already know.
Police need oversight, and should be held accountable, , more than accountable, given their position.
That doesn't mean that you throw the baby out with the bathwater.
If anyone hates the police so much, what is the alternative to the police?

Are these statistics based on Police officers being proved guilty of police brutality?
If you watch the video the second half shows how difficult it is to file a report against an officer. Forgive me if I don't trust statistics from any source you have.

If they're gonna hand out complaints to everyone asking for it then the city will be bankrupt. Filing a report still takes money and who knows if its just a bogus complaint from a butthurt guy. If they have a legitimate concern, they will say why they want to report that cop.
Me, if a cop tells me to get on the ground, I'll do it right away rather than shout and make a scene and be a crusader for american rights and still gets tasered afterwards and then you your pants and you'll be in youtube.

What the is so high stress about handing out speeding tickets and minor citations? There's nothing high stress at all about about modern-day police work.

They arrested that guy twice for simply asking for a piece of paper, and also told him he would go downtown to "the hospital ward"
