For those relishing the news of these grades, aren't any of you concerned that private records can be dug up so easily? What if it was your records in display to the world?
Two more things. Please notice that this was the start of the 4 point system, and remember, school in the 60's wasn't a cake walk like it is today. Those C's were probably as hard to get as the A's kids get today. Education just isn't what it used to be.
That's the policy at Arizona but I think getting a D viewed differently back when Perry was in school. The educational system at all levels has in the last few years more or less made getting a D the same as getting an F. When I was in high school the school didn't even have Ds, 69 and below was an F.

I actually agree with WC here, American politicians aren't the best and brightest America has to offer simply because the best and brightest have it easier being successful on their own and not making the country's problems their problems.

Hey, Governor Perry has been a successful politician, in spite of his education. And, there hasn't been an educated Democrat that could beat him yet. I'm thinking he couldn't care less how you spin his transcripts.

Are you kidding me? He took high school algebra, plane trigonometry (another high school subject), and high school kiddie physics. How much more of a cake-walk could you want? How do you get a bachelor's of science taking high school level classes for most of your science?
