The team has looked very awful on the west trip. The wins resulted by the big man, O'Neal and Foster.
Our back court play has been nowhere to be found in these west coast trip.
I watched the Pacers/Kings game at a bar, my girl wanted to go with some friends so we went to a sports resturant type bar and some bb fan sat near us, so he put both the pacers and lakers game on. The guy was cool, had his fantasy sheets printed out and stuff lol, anyways, so sitting with my girl, i watched the game.
The first half, Pacers were slow, making horrible passes. They didn't look like a good team at all. Only O'Neal and Harrington brought them back because of O'Neal power inside and Harrington made the Kings move. Reggie and Brewer also played great in the 2nd half. Yes, Jamison Brewer played great lol.
The Pacers got all the way back, until the final minute, where they started playing like they did in the first half. Giving the ball to Anderson and Brewer who stood like idiots outside. Didn't move the ball well which lead to the comeback. O'Neal took some really bad shots in that final minute as did Miller. Instead of going for a dunk or a layup by O'Neal or Harrington, we decided to shoot 15 footers to beat the Kings. In the final minute, we attemped 2 3's and 2 long 2's by O'Neal. The 3's were by Brewer and Miller, but the Brewer one had to be a 3 because we were down by 3 with the last few seconds. But still, we need a REAL point guard.
When we play vs nobodies, Anderson and Johnson are ok. When we play vs good PG's, thats when our PG's will cost us and they have.
Suggestion: Portland is getting rid of their players cheaply. Offer Austin Croshere for Damon Stadaudamire (spelling). Guarentee you Portland does the deal.
