well I guess MLB is taking the NBA route in ignoring the stats when it comes to MVP. they were fairly close, but Berkman had better numbers and was more clutch. I guess it has to do with Freeze being from St. Louis.

The Rangers just don't have a go to guy. They don't have a hall of fame player that can carry their team. I know it's mean but it's true. Just look at all the other teams in DFW and their histories. The Stars had Hall of Famer players when they won in 1999. The Cowboys had Hall of Famer players back when they won in the 1970s and 1990s. And the Mavs have two Hall of Famers also.
son the Rangers were the better team in this series up until last night when Cruz lost the entire series for them. That one play is all the Cardinals needed to get motivated to beat that ass tonight. Not to mention the baseball God's being pissed at Cruz and taking it out on the Rangers for him disrespecting the game.

So will the Rangers have fans next season? It will be interesting. The Mavs didn't lose fans at their games after they choked in 2006 and 2007. Will The Rangers be able to get fans to keep the faith?
The Rangers aren't the Bills. Since they've only lost two World Series in a row, I'd call them the Utah Jazz.
I have no problem with that because at the end of the day, the Mavs will always be the champs of 2011. It will always be there. Like Dirk said, no one can ever take it away. They have a championship. I'd rather have one fluke championship than no championships at all. I just hate the in Cardinals. I've always hated that team. If you have lived in Chicago like I did back in the day, you definitely don't like that team.

If you are a Cardinals fan (like me), it was a good series. It was a ty series for Texas fans.
Horrible pitching, completely ty. In fact, the Cards didn't even need a hit to have as many runs as the Rangers.
How do you bring in a pitcher who hits the the batter with the first ing pitch with bases loaded? How does that happen in game 7 of the series?
I would fire the out of the entire pitching roster, all of them.
