read somewhere that Stern stopped the deal due to "Basketball reasons" lmao
this would have been a great long term plan for the lakers, even if they are taking a huge risk in the short term. if the hornets offered CP3 for parker and ginobili and CP3 has expressed a strong desire to go to the spurs long term, i would take it and run.
they'll be crying to Stern to make another trade
