Big-spending Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer LA Galaxy midfielder David Beckham a lucrative contract, according to reports in France.

French newspaper Le Parisien claims that PSG officials will meet with Beckham, 36, in Los Angeles on Wednesday in order to offer the global football icon a tempting deal.
Director of football Leonardo revealed last month that PSG were considering a move for the former England captain and it appears the Qatari-owned club intend to snap up the LA star when his MLS contract expires in November.
PSG will reportedly offer Beckham a two-year contract worth €4-5 million that will make him the club's top earner alongside Argentina international Javier Pastore, who signed from Palermo in a €39 million deal in July.
Le Parisien reports that Beckham's wife, Victoria, has already approved a potential move to the French capital - while the Ligue 1 leaders hope to secure a decision from the player by the middle of October.
When asked last month if PSG would sign former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder Beckham, Leonardo said: "The door is open. He is more than a football player - he's a brand, a pop star. I would always consider him. He respects the rules, listens to you and wants the best for the team. That's why for me he is a big example. I worked with him and that's why I talk about his name."
"I coached him at AC Milan and we created a good relationship," Leonardo told BBC Sport. "He is more than a football player, but when you see him every day he trains and plays like a kid. He is someone that I really appreciate and admire so much - his values and everything he has done in football."
A number of Premier League clubs, including Tottenham and QPR, have been linked with a move for Beckham and former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson also hopes to sign his old charge for Leicester City in a player-coach role.
Eriksson told The Times: "I have already had that discussion with him. I spoke to him about Leicester.
"Beckham, he will never say no to me - he says, 'Sven, we'll see, we'll see'. The big thing is what he wants to do when his contract finishes in LA. Will he want to go on playing?''
Eriksson knows his League Championship side, who have received substantial investment from their Thai owners, will face stiff compe ion from other clubs. However, the Swede hopes the added incentive of a training role will help tip the balance.
"We will give him a whistle and he can go out (on the training pitch) straight away,'' he said.
Beckham and Ancelotti are signing too in January. Leonardo's just fired the coach even though PSG is leading the french league.
Pastore has been sucking the last 6-7 games.
Damn Vahid blasted PSG for firing Antoine
Also said that it's easier to be a good coach when you are on teams like Chelsea. (About Ancelotti)
Some will say he is bitter, but he does have a point
He will start playing like a star again in a couple of games, then suck again, then play well again and so on...
Update :
There's a lot of pressure around psg. Imo he's too weak mentally. He's been the worst player of the team. Really disappointing.
wake the f@#k up
I saw the game today, he played very well.
last game and against porto tuesday, he was good. Ancelotti tried a 4-4-2 for the first time with him playing on the right.
