He's doing his job fine, but to pass to another level where he's the best bball player in the world is another thing. Cuban should have kept Chandler, it took the Mavs too long to get the right complimentary players. I doubt Dirk is happy about that.
It didn't help him playing for his team in Germany instead of resting during the offseason.
