Not sure Smith is rated that high to begin with.
He definitely ranks up there in terms of wasting talent
Seems like Kidd is properly rated to me. He's not viewed as the same player he was in 2002. He was garbage for a good part of the regular season last year and turned it up in the playoffs...and this year his owner has made it clear that it is more important to clear cap space than defend his team's le. This is Kidd's victory lap.

Definitely Derrick Rose. He's a poor man's Allen Iverson
Link to Iverson averaging 8 assists per game
Paul vs Rose
PPG: Rose
APG: Rose
RPG: Rose
Take all inefficient, high usage scorers who don't do other things well for their position.(So, people who are average/below average rebounders, defenders etc), as well as former all stars who are still working based on reputation, even though aging has diminished their ability.
Kobe
Garnett
Pierce
Rip Hamilton
Deron Williams
Monta Ellis
Luis Scola
Michael Beasley
OJ Mayo
Glen Davis
Carmelo
Amare
Brook Lopez
Eric Gordon(The people thinking he was too much to Give up for Chris paul)
Jamal crawford
Andrea Bargnani
Most of the Sacramento and Washington Rosters(People know the teams are , but see the players and think that they're talented.)
To be fair, Iverson averaged 7.9 assists a game for an entire season. This is the first season Rose is averaging over 8 assists a game, but he's only played 13 games so far.
Paul vs Rose
FG%: Paul
3PT%: Paul
Assist-to-turnover ratio: Paul
Steals: Paul
PER: Paul
I think Rose v. Paul is a good and interesting argument. But I'm not convinced either side of the argument is an indisputable and irrefutable slam dunk.
why didn't OP mention Steve Nash?
Good thing for you DoK finally found a job.![]()
Boozer
Bosh
Love
Dirk
Lee
Amare
Scola
ZBo
etc
Have always felt this type of bigman is overrated tbh. Solid players offensively (some more than others)...but complete non-factors defensively.
He was great for Phoenix, but in the system he's now in, he's basically useless.
Deron Williams, Amare Stoudemire, Andre Igoudala, DeMar DeRozan, Kevin Love, Russel Westbrook, Al Jefferson, monta Ellis - no particular order
Amare is the poster boy for symbolism over substance.
I`d go with Amare and Boozer. I dont have time too watch many NBA games, but this two guys are the most overpaid and overrated.
