meh, I know most people despise him but I love The Jim Rome Show--the radio show, not that TV . Yeah, he'll beat a topic to death, but the show's callers, emailers, and texters are ing hilarious. He also always has good guests on the show and his interaction with the "Clones" is priceless. The Smack-Off is primo radio.
As for announcers who should diaff:
