I still think it's premature to put Lin in the elite PG class among Rose, Paul, Rondo, Parker, Nash, Deron, or Westbrook, but I think you can put him in the 2nd tier with Ty Lawson, Raymond Felton, Kyle Lowry, etc.
Here is my quick list I made while I'm bored at work. Lemme know if I missed anyone!
1) Paul
2) Rose
3) Rondo
4) Westbrook
5) Nash
6) Parker
7) Deron
8) Lowry
9) Lawson
10) Jennings
11) Lin
A lot of PGs can score in this league, but the way Lin understands how to run an effective offense is why I see him as a top 10-12 pg already.

When this zipperhead gets his I'm gonna dance a in' jig here at the house.
Where would Jeremy Lin rank among the NBA's best point guards?
Earvin "Magic" Johnson
Oscar Robertson
Isiah Thomas
Jeremy Lin
Bob Cousy
John Stockton
Gary Payton
Walt "Clyde" Frazier

Lin does make the scrubs on the Knicks play better, but he's still a question mark. Right now, I'd put him as 7th best probably. If he does this all season, top 5 for sure
Not sure why so many people are hating on this kid. Seems like a decent guy. Unlike most of the other players his IQ isn't in the single digits either, which is nice.
