    It's scary how fast they give up leads. The whole team just needs to stop playing some damn soft once they're up. They need to keep fighting and learn how to adjust to the defense.

    This is where the defense has to improve. You aren't going to stay hot but you should be able to defend well enough not to blow 10+ point leads in 8 minutes.

    Right now Ginobili has no chemistry with his teammates. It's like they don't even realize he's on the floor with them. Pop sure isn't helping the situation.
