Nothing compares to Rashard Lewis' contract tbh, even at the time when Rashard was a borderline allstar it was a ridiculous contract. Otis Smith is by far the most re ed GM in the NBA and its no coincedence that he happens to be black.
As far as i'm concerned .if a player who got a contract more than 10 millions a season which means that he is at least able to get 17 points with either 8 rebounds or assists per game.
Here is some players for your reference in this case
1 Andrew Bogut (11.3 pts) - 12 millions (13 millions next season)
MIL ranks # 10th in the East
2 Hedo Turkoglu (11.5 pts 3.7rebs) - 10 millions (11.4 millions next season)
ORL ranks # 5th in the East
3 Nene Hilario (13.4 pts 7rebs) - 13 millions
DEN ranks # 9th in the west
4 Rashard Lewis ( 7.8 pts 3.9rebs) - 22 millions (23.7 millions next season)
WAS ranks # 14th in the East
================================
On the other hand. make some comparsions with those players who are more efficient than big contract players but got less money.
1 Jeremy Lin (14.4 pts 5.8 asts) - 760k
2 Landry Fields (10.2 pts 4.2 rebs) - 780k
2 Russell Westbrook(23.5 pts 5.5 asts 4.8 reb)- 5 millions
3 Kyrie Irving (18.1 pts) - 5 millions
4 Derrick Rose (Ruinning MVP) - 6.9 millions
5 Kevin Love (25pts 14 rebs) - 4.6 millions
6 Ricky Rubio (11.8pts 8.1 asts) - 3.4 millions

All the players "underpaid" you have are on rookie contracts except Lin).
They'll get paid in 1 or 2 years
DeAndre Jordan, Blatche, Amare, Carmelo, Boozer, Biedrins, Jefferson
If ur gonna put up Nene and Bogut up there u might as well include Duncan as well.
KOBE (amongst the ones that usually don't get critisesed for being overpaid)
25 mil for Kobe...
Compare this with:
Dirk - 19 mil
Wade/Lebron - 15-16 mil
And yes... TD is also overpaid, allthough this is the first and the last year of his career he is.
