Ideas for triple D Dynasty

Tbh I was thinking about ways we could manage to land both Deron and Dwight and came up with a couple of ideas..someone who has an understanding of the cap/rules let me know.

1) Trade Haywood and Marion for a big contract like Rashard Lewis and amnesty him.

2) A. Dump Haywood or Marion (probably wouldn't be able to find a taker for both) off on a team who can actually use one of them..maybe add whatever we can in the form of future picks/roddy as extra incentive for them to take on the contract.

B. Amnesty Dirk and resign him with a contract structured where he takes a pay cut in the first year and backloaded to provide higher salary in the later years.

Are either of these ideas feasible under the rules?

Can't resign a player after he's amnestied, so your Dirk idea is out.

Nor can you amnesty a player that you trade for after the new CBA has been in place.

3) or cuban bought up another NBA franchise (e.g. hornets) and traded all their expiring contracts to dallas in exchange for the long ty ones (haywood/marion)

Haywood to the Heat for expirings, do it NOW. Heat shore up the center position and win a ring this year, we forfeit the year and bounce back next year lead by triple D.

we don't have such expirings available to trade for tbh. barring our big 3 most of the rest are minimums and we'd have to lose half of our squad to make the salary work
