Guard LeBron James (ankle) will likely miss a second straight game on Thursday, head coach Paul Silas told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "He shot around a little bit today, but he's still not ready," Silas said after Wednesday's practice. "He might be ready tomorrow. I'm not sure. Chances are slim, I would say. But I never put anything past him." James sat out on Tuesday night, and Kevin Ollie started in his place.
