I dunno, but if it's longer than 4 hours I think they're supposed to contact a doctor.
The Bulls are arguably one of the best teams with honestly no over-the-top talent (D-Rose injury withstanding). I find it really hard to identify why they win other then the fact that they play very very hard on the defensive side of the ball. Are they another ECF out or will they be dealt with earlier in the playoffs?
My prediction: they lose in the second round to one of the up and coming teams. If they reach the ECF they will lose in at the very minimum five games.
I just can't see how a team that plays so hard (taking the regular season this seriously) keep up the pace. This team is a rendition of the 2011 Spurs tbh.
Your thoughts?
I dunno, but if it's longer than 4 hours I think they're supposed to contact a doctor.
One of the best rebounding teams in the NBA. If you get three or four shots per possession when needed, you don't need stellar playmakers on offense. When you're one of the best defensive teams, you don't need to come up huge on offense. As a matter of fact, a lot of the offense is generated by good defense.
You don't say??![]()
Why are they excelling?
- Effort/Focus on defense. Unlike offense, EVERYONE can take pride on defense over a stopped possession
- Good coaching
- Great bench. Eventually the Bulls depth & especially size/wide bodies will wear you down
- Deng & the Boozer/Noah combo have played MUCH better together this year
I might sound a little pessimistic but I do have the Heat beating Bulls in <7 games. If Hamilton plays as well as he did tonight, then the Bulls are right there with the Heat/Thunder.
But I do think they make the ECF. I don't fear anyone other than Miami & Boston because of how they are playing so getting the #1 seed really means something as you want to avoid playing Boston in the 2nd Round
In terms of Pacers or Sixers.... no. Bulls have the best player, better roster, better bench & best coach. It's not gonna be an easy road as last years 1st Round vs Pacers showed
If Bulls are healthy, I think they could take out the Heat tbh.
East sucks tbh. There are two team that are good, other pretty much suck. Ok Boston is playing good right now but in a 7 game series agaist Miami or Chicago I give them no chances. The Bulls will come to the ECF and then lose to Miami. They will depend way to much on Rose and others won't show up.
Wait Whats The Score Did I Say They Would Open This To An 8 Point Game Ha Ha Ha
Disagree - unless Rose is truly hurt. The conspiracy theorist in me says they held Rose out so that his backups could get some burn out there. This PT they are getting now will payoff in the playoffs.
Hamilton missed a ton of games, too. He's a weapon they didnt have last year. Both he and Rose will be well rested come playoff time.
The Hype are showing signs of being tired. Spo is a protege' of Riles. Riles used to run his Laker teams ragged. Cost them a rang in '89 tbh. Spo is doing the same to the Hype.
I think things will be different this year. Chi will ensure that Rose has help this year by playing the scrubs and building their confidence up now.
I don't trust Chicago b/c they have only one sure thing on offense, and LeBron has shown the ability to shut him down when it matters.
the east is weak imho and the bulls are unarguably the 2nd best, they ain't quitting until they meet us heat and get asskicked, either in the 2nd round or ECF. celts are old and done and the hawks ain't never really that good, orlando just a ing joke
So we agree that it basically comes down to Hamilton's health
I still think Miami has another level especially against Chicago as the best this Trio has looked together is Games 2-5 of the ECF
I have another serious and pressing issue i would like to discuss.
How long can the spurs and spurfan pretend they can do anything relevant in the playoffs?
