Not bad...I like your eyes. But who's the ugly white chick you're with?
I have an okay nutrition diet. For the most part I follow the P90X nutrition guide, but I do allow myself to consume certain things.
I feel it's better than to cheat a little than go completely cold turkey. When I've stopped eating junk altogether, then I have the habit of going on a binge that really sets me back. So if I give myself a little allowances throughout the month, I'm pretty good about sticking to the rest of the nutrition guide without many hiccups.

I get you.Everyone had their own thing.I found that the nutrition guide can be a little off or misleading. You should check out a website called teamripped. It has a ton of info on insanity,p90x,p90x2.From nutrition and workouts to supplements and videos. This is where I got my start.Trust me this site is the real deal. Also, there is an app called myfitnesspal. It is pretty helpful in tracking your calorie intake.
I'll be running a 6K in a few months.
Ok four toe.... you mean waddling a 6k in a few months?
My goal is to run in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in San Antonio in November.

My goal is just to try and maintain my current weight.
I don't hate you Juggs.
I stay away from bread, pasta, and cakes lost over 40 lbs
So I'm done with the first week. I had some wicked anterior shin splints before changing to my cross trainers and my arms hurt a little. But aside from that it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I'm sure it will get worse the further into it I get though.
Has anyone tried P90X2 or Insanity? What did you like/dislike about them?
I've tried Insanity. Like = insane cardio, will kill you from day 1 unless you're already extremely fit, results. Dislike = it just wasn't all that fun, had to convince myself to keep on going too many times, videos feel redundant.
Cool. I'll be off for the summer, and I'm starting Round 2 of P90X, but I wanted to do a separate workout in the morning. I think I'll go with Insanity.
I'm going to start Insanity today. Starting in June I'll be doing Insanity in the morning and P90X in the evening.
This will give you very desired results.I'm gonna start up p90x2 in about two weeks.I let you know how it goes. Not to sound redundant, but nutrition is always the key.
bout to move to wendler's 5/3/1 + Crossfit + misc. conditioning

The fitness test on Insanity just kicked my butt!
Cut down on eating a lot of junk food( fast food and gas station food) and been playing basketball probably 4 times a week for the past month. Lost about 11 pounds just from playing basketball and not much other exercise. I'm the lightest I've been since sop re yr of high school(149lb now).
Been weight lifting again though so I should start gaining weight slowly from pure muscle
I'm holding pretty steady at 215. Still spinning but I've been mixing up my weights a little...adding some old school stuff like dips and military press. I've slacked a little on my eating and I think that's slowed my loss a little. Gonna start watching it closer to try to get below 210.

Right now I'm maxing out on bench 156% of my body weight. I'm going to take a month off and do cardio and isolation exercises to catch up. Summer weather means I can finally start swimming laps. That's the best for you.
I just started p90x again last week. I did 2.5 cycles last year and lost 20 lbs, and then I got busy with work and school. My diet went to and I gained almost all of it back. But it feels good to start back up again and, surprisingly, I'm still in decent shape.
