So.... despite the fact that LeBron's PER is 3 points higher than Paul's overall, on the basis of a single quarter you are willing to say Paul is the MVP? Paul's 2nd highest PER rating is lower than LeBron's worst.

How is Love for more valuable? How good was his team this season? Even with Love they were a .500 team at best. Like Rayjay said, the team fell off once Rubio got hurt. Is he more valuable than Love?
Lebron did more for the Heat this season than Love did for the T-Wolves. You can cry all you want, but that's just the fact.
Again, this is a regular season award where quarters 1-4 count and Lebron was the most valuable in those regular season quarters. That's all this award is. Its not as difficult as you make everything to be.
Chris Paul took a 18-64 team to a 38 win team in his rookie season. That's a 20 win difference.
Paul's 2007-2008 season was much better than Rose's season. The Bulls showed how deep they were this year with Rose missing a ton of games. The Hornets wouldn't have had that much success with Paul out. They didn't have the same kind of depth these Bulls have.

Bulls were good that year because of defense, Rose can't play a lick of D. He is very one-dimensional (cannot shoot well) and a severe liability if the team depends on him for offense as seen by last year's ECF.
He's a joke of an MVP, Bulls got where they are because of defense first so he's not the most valuable part of the equation. I'd say Dwight Howard was more deserving because not only was he the best defensive player in the league, but he literally shouldered them the entire season and could not be answered for most of the time.
