Are you intimating that he's just pouting? He's got no explosion. Hurt his knee in game 5 and it's definitely slowing him down.

The Grizzlies don't seem to have much interest in this game, either. For a Game 6 (and other than Reggie Evans) this has been a pretty subdued affair most of the night. It feels like the game is there for the Clippers to take, if they can just muster up just enough emotion to make it through the last 18 minutes or so.
To have a chance they would have to tell Reggie Evans to go Mike Tyson on Gasol's ear or something.
It doesn't get much mention but that Grizzlies bench is weak sauce. Mayo and ....... that's it.
jinx?
it's a 2 pts game...
Great hustle by Blake, he is showing some heart this quarter... game certainly isn't over yet!
Also yeah, wtf was that clear path foul? I have never seen that called when the offensive player is inside the 3pt line on his offensive end.. I don't know why Van Gundy was agreeing.
Not a jinx since I think the Grizzlies are a better matchup for the Spurs, fwiw.
Damn, diving on the floor like that with a knee sprain.
Del Negro taking out Jordan after he actually did something lol
What sucks is that a 75% CP3 is still probably a better closer than anyone on the Spurs has proven to be. Then again, the Spurs aren't proven closers since they've been curbstomping fools for a few months ... but still.
Clips tie it. If they get a big 4th from CP3 they might steal this! That'd be nice, because we'd crush them in 4 or 5.
Jordan makes an impact for the first time this series ... and that's when Del Negro decides to go to his bench.
Griz are a fearsome team, yet they can't pull away from a hobbled clip team in an elimination game.
Pop would coach rings around Vinny.
The best defense on these Spurs is in the middle. And it's pretty difficult to beat up a team that has twice as much depth as you, tbh.
Last year I thought the Grizzlies series was a coin flip. This season, I'd have no worry if it wasn't for that damn back-to-back, tbh. Even still, I'd give the Spurs about an 85% to beat the Grizzlies ... at least.
No way we're seeing a 75% CP3 tbh.
this years grizz, with gay in and allen and randolph playing worse than last year and no battier, is inferior to the team we played last year.
considering that RJ is gone for Jack and all other improvements, and the interviews from Diaw where he talks about the team talking revenge, it would be more physically demanding but much more rewarding to beat them (which barring injury they will). But there is the B2B issue, and that makes the clippers the safer matchup.
Totally, and I think you're over-rating Mayo. He can occasionally get hot, but he can also be a massive liability.
Interesting, what makes you say that? Their slightly better bench than the Grizz?
Seems to me Pop would devise a scheme to shut down CP3 in the 4th, and that'd be the series. , in a lot of the games the game would likely be over by the 4th anyway.
I can't believe Memphis isn't winning big right now.
Pop will run Speights through about 200 pick-and-rolls in the series. Guy is Drew Gooden-esque defending it.
Are they really this bad, or would they flip back to last years team if they faced us
If you only establish position after the offensive player has already taken off on their leap, that should NOT be a charge. Bad call.
I like him. He's like their Blair but less offense, more defense, huthle muthle.
