why the language? I understand you may be upset, but no reason to be rude.

son just curious though do you plan on attending any of the games to support your team?
Upset? My team is a winner. There's nothing better in life right now than being a Spurs fan. Your team is a loser. Yet for some reason, on a Saturday night, you're trolling on my winner team's message board. And yes I go to every game when I'm in San Antonio.

People don't give a about the 1st or 2nd rounds.

so son first it was "people don't care about the 1st round" and now because there are still thousands of cheap tickets available for round 2 suddenly people "don't give a " about round 2 as well? hmmm ... how convenient

    Living in Los Angeles
    Being a Lakers fan
    Graduating from UCLA

These are some things that are better in life than being a Spurs fan.

What a piss poor fanbase then of a dynasty winning team like the Spurs. If the New Orleans Spirit won ONE le I guarantee you $5 tickets wouldn't exist in the playoffs. I also love the "when I'm in San Antonio" excuse for going to games...

Why aren't Laker tickets that cheap then? They've had even more success than your team.

Just admit that SA has ty fan support and would rather eat burritos on the river walk than support their own damn good team.
Because LA has over 16 million people living within a 50 mile radius whereas San Antonio has a tenth of that. And burritos are good. Too bad we don't get free ones unless we score 120.

ok sons now you can hate on me all you want for posting facts, but what is the excuse now? during round 1 the arguments were "well its only round 1" and "its because we are playing the Utah Jazz", etc. ... now the Spurs are entering round 2 and still can't get their fans behind them. as of right now there are over 6,000 tickets available for sale on stubhub with hundreds of them going for as little as $5-7. yes for ROUND 2 OF THE NBA PLAYOFFS.

the more disturbing fact as you can see from the screen cap below is that the Memphis Grizzlies only have about 800 tickets available for games 3 and 4 combined and the cheapest tickets are around $50 yet they haven't even got out of the 1st round yet! sons why are Spur fan being so damn cheap this year whenever they have a great team to watch? I mean Grizzlies fan are already s ing out cash and supporting their team despite not even being guaranteed those games, and Spur fan still has thousands and thousands of cheap tickets available. get mad all you want, but this is flat out ridiculous.

BR successfully trolling s up in here. lol

It really doesn't matter if the Tickets are 1, 2 5 bucks as long as people are packing the place.

It would be one thing to sell the tickets cheap and still not have the arena full. Spurs are still filling the arena cheap tickets or not so this is a non-issue.

You can argue that the reason why people are paying high prices to see the Memphis is because that team is relativaly new to the POs.

Memphis was not relevant just 2 years ago.

The Playoffs are still a new experience to them.

Each team sets their own prices according to how the economic is doing at the time also so those are things to considered.

Maybe in a few years, when Memphis is a yearly fixture for the playoffs you could see a drop off in attendace, therefore drop in prices. Just saying..

Mavs have been to the playoffs for like 12 straight years and our tickets are roughly 35 for the tiest nose bleeds. And this was even before our championship

no son all I said was that any of the ticket holders (whether they are individuals, the Spurs organization, or businesses) are taking a financial loss selling tickets for $5-7 just to get rid of them because the demand is so low. how can you deny that? you know damn well even the worst possible seats in the arena for ROUND 2 of the playoffs have a face value price of more than that. I mean come on.

So why does Stubhub have Grizzlies tickets for $35 right now, for a game SEVEN? Ya know, it is all historical and stuff, cuz that franchise has never even PLAYED a game 7 before. But you can get through the gate for the price of dinner at Outback?

And you're bagging Spurs fan because we don't even know who we're playing for Game 1 of the next series and most people don't even know the date/time?

    What's your point again?

    lol wow

son do you really want to stick with that???? I mean ... really?

you do realize the Grizzlies aren't even guaranteed any round 2 games yet and they already have a high demand for games 3 and 4. the Spurs still have $5-7 tickets available for games 1 and 2.

what is going to be your next excuse? "but...but...but....the Grizzlies haven't sold out the Western Conference Finals yet!!!"
