Although I'm not always keen on letting Blair get minutes, but like others have mentioned so far, if Reggie Evans starts to get the better hand of Bonner on the boards, I'd say give Blair a chance. Basically tell him "outwork Evans on the glass".

spurs fans iness and arrogance. I understand now why French players love this franchise tbh.

    we sweepin' ftw !

Clips have a ton of momentum and confidence, we will be rusty as and we have a btb to play. I still pick the spurs but if paul and blake aren't too banged up there won't be any sweepin'.

They have a nice front court tbh, jordan, blake, martin and evans. thats a lot of size, athleticism but also experience. CP3 is going to flop as , making TP work and will hit some clutch stuff, Mo is deadly one the 3 pt line. Their biggest issue will be the FTs. Pop is going to kill any run they will throw at us by hacking some bigs.

This serie is going to be compe ive and hard to win.
People said the same thing about the Jazz....Just saying.....

BA Blair should lead our version of the "A-team". If Griffin or Evans starts their flopping, send in Blair and let him lay a HARD foul on one, then offer to help them up and say "Bro, that is an NBA playoff foul".

I see a sweep happening here. Much like the Jazz the Clippers simply lack the offensive firepower to stay compe ive against San Antonio enough to win even one game. Paul will not be stealing one as some have said because no one Clipper can defeat this Spur team.

Let me see if I understand this correctly.........

Jordan who doesn't average double digit rebounds or points, BG with an injury, CP3 nursing an injury, horrible free throw shooting, and lousy 3 point defense is gonna beat the Spurs!

We are just a better team over a 7 game series. I think it will be hard fought for the first three quarters, but if we don't win this series, I'd be shocked. The Clippers are good but they aren't ready. They need BG to be more than a highlight. If their inside game was on the level of Memphis or LA then I'd be more worried but Memphis couldn't hit an outside shot. I'm not overconfident, I'm just realistic. Spurs in 5. Let's not confuse the issues. Keep it simple!!

I really dont know what to expect out of this clipper team injuries aside. I'm still trying figure out whether the grizz lost the series if of the clips won it. Sure cp3 is a beast, but you got think the grizz were the better team no?

If they win a game it will be game 3 not 4. Back to backs considering how beat up they are and the quick turnaround are going to be murder for that squad. They are going to have to travel tomorrow and then play a game on tuesday.

by the time that back to back rolls around they are going to have had one day of rest since the previous 3 games and then a back to back.

The schedule is clearly in our favor.

The Clippers won it. The Grizzles just didn't do what needed to be done. If you can't beat the Clips with an injury to BG and CP3, how can you be called the better team.

As far as Clippers fans are concerned, I don't expect any of them to have kept up with the Spurs this season.

    Spurs in 6.

I think its entirely possible, given the long rest for the Spurs, that momentum was lost and Clips steal game 1 at SA. I know Griffin and Paul are banged up but their bench is deep enough and they will ride momentum from their series win.

Reasons why it could go 5 or 6: Paul is still capable of dominating one game. Rust is possible for another.

Reason why it could be a sweep: Vinny Del Negro.
    My sentiments.

I want the over/under on Kenyon Martin T's...
We piss him off in a steaming way by playing sound basketball.
And reacting to his antics with nothing.

Also love the idea of playing a team with the two starting big men being horrible foul shooters as well. We are very good at taking advantage of this. Gasol and Randolph last year did not offer this opportunity.

Worries: Their guards can get strangely hot.

I predict a hard foul on Parker by Martin within the first twenty minutes of game one.

I don't see this series get past 5 games. BG, Paul, and Butler are pretty banged up and Vinny is ing stupid.

Spurs in 5 - CP3 will win one for them, probably game 4.

My major concern is that Reggie the Energizer Bunny or Kenyon-mad-as-a-cut-snake-Martin will injure someone.

In 3 games vs the Clippers, Butler scored: 14(W), 13(L), 12(L) aren't big numbers but Kawhi and SJAX should help minimize his production and eliminate one head of the snake.

It will be interesting to see how Pop gameplans for the Clippers since the 3 times we played them during the regular season we didn't have SJAX, Diaw, and Mills.

The Clippers got a couple of games by outexecuting the Grizzlies in the fourth quarter. CP3 is one of the best closers in the league.
