It's all about getting the ball back without bleeding time off the clock. There's no question it increases their chances of winning... only problem is that it's like fouling at the end of the game. Sure, it's the only way you'll win, but it's still so unlikely that it's just annoying to see.

I suggested a Westbrook for Rondo trade earlier this year when Celts were shopping Rondo. Imagine how dangerous OKC would be with Rondo! Glad it didn't happen.
