You don't think that's unsuccessful? I do.

Putting aside winning or losing it doesn't appear to me that he's doing a good job at coaching. Have you seen that offense? It's terrible. They can't do much player wise so they need a new coach that makes them better as a team.

You cannot put aside winning and losing and talk about how he's coaching. You coach to win. He's beating every team except one this year. That one is yet to be determined. Last year he beat every team except Dallas.

Winning is winning.

There's this dogma that teams with better coaches will do better in the playoffs. There's a dynamic that teams have that you can easily up by changing a few things, coach being a huge one.

So, though it seems on paper that they could do better with a better coach, it doesn't mean they would. They could also do worse if that coach doesn't convince the team his system works.

So? Mediocre coaches are the future of the game tbh. Scott Brooks isn't exactly a genius either. VINNY got Coach of the Year votes this year IIRC.

we ain't losing it despite our coach being a jackass, it'd be great to have someone like Phil jackson as the coach but if he comes & coaches us, someone else will have to leave imho
