Forgot about Steve Smith.
I wasn't around during the Rodman/Del Negro era but I know they are another popular choice.
If Richard Dumas wasn't such a -up those mid-90s Suns would have been ridiculously stacked. Damn I wanted to see them ring.

KJ never being the same after Duckworth ed up his hamstring in the playoffs was also a factor too. The Suns were also running a train on the league in 95 before Danny Manning's injury.
I probably wouldn't hate any of them if they weren't so overpaid, and the common denominator with the overpaid role players is Sarver ironically enough. Barbosa and Diaw got their stupid contracts because Sarver didn't want to replace Colangelo so he had the coach play GM, while Warrick and Childress got their stupid contracts because Sarver didn't want to pay Kerr so he hired an agent to play GM.
His dumbass is too stupid to realize that Childress's abortion of a contract alone that was given out because he hired Childress's agent as the GM is more of a drain on his wallet than the qualified GM he refuses to hire. As much as Sarver has the reputation of cheap, his stupidity has been a much bigger issue for the Suns than his cheapness.
Were just not going to agree.
KJ made all star team in 94 and Majerle started for west all star team in 95. Neither were as good as a Wade or a Pippen but Barkley had all the talent in the world around him compared to what Lebron had in Cleveland.
KJ had multiple 40 point games against the Rockets in 95:

KJ brought his "A" game. Charles did not.
I can't understand the Rocket fans hating on Pippen. I mean, what did you expect him to produce when he was given a Mario Charlmers kind of role to shoot desperation threes at the shot clock buzzer when the Barkley/Olajuwon hero-ball isos broke down?
True, Barkley has himself to blame for losing that series. KJ wasn't the one playing 36 holes of golf and getting drunk the day before games.
Ugh...Wesley Person. Burn. In. :

Was he getting drunk on the bench in this one?

The way he went about blasting his teammates , and the city..
Barkley deserved to get blasted, real talk.
I know a cop who worked security for the team at the time and he said Barkley really started to get out of hand once they took a 3-1 lead, so idk about that one. I know Majerle did plenty of drinking with him too after they took the 3-1 lead.
No doubt.
Rasho Nesterovic
Jacques Vaughn
Nazr Mohammed
Richard Jefferson
Michael Finley
Keith Bogans
Anthony Carter
Didn't hate any of them, but I hated seeing them on the floor.
Not a single spursfan mentioned Devin Brown?![]()
Who cares about blowing one regular season game?
Seen it mentioned multiple times before in different threads. Surprised a few people thought that was one of the most painful moments.
Ron Artest
Matt Barnes
uh and we have Kobe.
Dennis Rodman (quit on team, psycho)
Mychal Thompson (half hearted effort in SA)
Maurice Cheeks (didn't want to be in SA - quit on a team with Sean Elliott, David Robinson, and Terry mings all in their athletic prime).
Matt Bonner
Charles Smith
Samaki Walker
J.R. Reid
Nick Van Exel
You seem to think I'm saying Barkley had zero talent. I'm not. I never did.
The fact that a 33-YO, 12-year veteran Barkley once requested a trade to a contender doesn't undercut his criticism of a 26-YO, in-prime MVP LeBron for joining two other in-prime All-Stars in Miami to manufacture an in-prime dynasty independent of standard/typical NBA cir stances.
Barkley was getting old, was often injured (missed 44 games previous three seasons in Phoenix and over half with Houston), and saw his window basically closed as the MVP leading a team to a le. He coattailed and failed.
What LeBron did is not anything similar.
Rodman and Karl Malone hands down. Both were OK on my Lakers team, especially Malone. But I hated those guys so much especially the post MAdonna, Bulls flopper version of Rodnman. I didnt mind Rodman in Detroit.
Special shout-put goes to the wives of Doug Christie and Glen Rice ...both were annoying media s.
