I wouldn't want Lowry or Dragic. I would find me a PG who cannot hit for from outside so he's carved out his niche by making plays.
The Rockets have had good players but no great ones for too long. It's worth taking a gamble I'd say, because if it pays off, you have one of the few players in the league who could give you a legit shot at the le with the right team around him. Throw in the potential to land D-Will as well, and it's a huge gamble, but a smart one.
If I'm the Rockets I make that deal any day of the week.

^ it'd be pretty hard to make plays when you don't pose no threat at all on the perimeter imho. don't tell the stranded fishes to learn to breathe in air with their lungs, they don't have no ing lung and they'd just die
I want a PG like Nash or CP3 who can hit from deep, drive to the rim, and be able to pass to an open teammate.
League sources said Monday that the Rockets have put guard Kevin Martin in at least two trade packages, and it’s believed that the Rockets are also shopping guard Kyle Lowry, who started at point guard before being sidelined with a bacterial infection that caused him to miss almost a month of the season.......
One league source said the Rockets hoped to make deals for the additional Draft picks using existing players, so they would have as many as four first-rounders they could put in a package to Orlando for Howard. One potential deal, according to a league source, would send Martin to Minnesota–presumably for the Wolves’ 18th pick in the first round–where Martin would play for former Rockets coach Rick Adelman
