Lots of hate and speculation in this thread. Kobe and Nash are going to be fine.

It's true that we won't know what they look like on the Court together until we see a live game. It should be interesting. The defensive concerns are legit but I think overall, even if he doesn't mesh perfectly with Kobe, Nash puts the Lakers back in the conversation.

derek fisher doesn't play significant enough minutes to hide nash all game. we're talking about a few minutes at best. nash would have to guard sefolosha or harden at all times pretty much. harden would light him up and sefolosha would get offensive rebounds over him and knock down shots while nash is roaming on defense trying to get steals as he does.

where nash will help them is looking good against bad and mediocre teams, but not against the heat, thunder, mavs, or spurs.
