It's tough for me to determine the one (or a few) sexiest physical traits, because I find that different traits are sexy on different guys and that even some not so obvious things can be sexy in certain situations. But for absolutely sure, a great smile and a good sense of humor will get me to start seeing the sexy in almost any guy.
