Nice of Food Stamps to hook Bynum up with his German steroid supplier on the way out, tbh...

knee injuries are the more fearful type for them bigs imho. while a guard might recover from it real soon, it's a whole different story when guy is 6-7 inches taller and tens of pounds heavier

It's the same non-invasive German procedure Kobe, Grant Hill, Peyton Manning, and Alex Rodriguez had. He is not having any issues with his knees and had this planned long before any trade talk took place. He was getting it done regardless if he stayed with the Lakers or was traded to another team as strictly a preventative measure to help prolong health in his knees. He won’t miss any time.

Leave it to Spurfan to totally misrepresent and blow something completely out of proportion due to lack of knowledge.

Yeah I know, but IIRC it's not really a traditional kind of surgery that requires lengthy rehabilitation. Of course, he will probably miss a small chunk of the season since he's doing it this late into the summer.

It revitalizes the knees by improving blood flow right?

Still should be nice for the Sixers.

Is that the LARs treatment, it's a reasonably quick turn around isn't it?

Yeah Kobe did it last year and was running at full speed within 2 weeks.

To be realistic, Bynum is half a foot taller and nearly 100 lbs heavier than Kobe. You can't sit there and act like their knee conditions are the exact same thing without looking pretty dumb.
