I have always admired Ray Lewis, Ed Reed, and T-Sizzle...I'd want to be them if I were athletically gifted and wanted to play football...
I don't completely ignore Graves. But I figure if I'm the offensive line coach, I've got two responsibilities: 1. Coach up what's there, and, 2. if still mediocre, let it be known, voice need in private, in public, and put pressure on the management to prioritize the positions for a few years.
Grimm isn't doing either. Some is Whiz, much is Graves, but ultimately the representatives of his coaching look like crap week in, week out, and so, if he can't do any better, so be it. Lots of lines face similar monetary issues, but they can either pass block or run block. This line for can't do either, despite having two high draft picks at RB and several 1sts at WR and a 2nd at QB.
I get what you're saying and agree, but I'm not convinced Grimm can teach.

Nice game.
Over .500 for the first time since 2006. Thats 93 games of irrellevant bad football. Its good to be back among the living and competing again.
I love what this team may become in a year or two.
