lol you ignorant bas you mean like they have the entire game???
Saints have 10 penalties called against them for 100 yards!!!!
Chargers have 7 penalties called against them for 56 yards
All about the timing of it. Saints are getting the Laker 4th quarter treatment right now.
son where were you last week whenever the officials called a bogus holding call on the Saints to back up the field goal and cost them the game?
oh wait that's right ... you only about the officials when we win. sit down
exactly, not about the # penalties but when you use them, make sure you kill off momentum. stern wrote the book on this . happy for BRHornet/Fevertrees though.
son it was nowhere near as impressive as that gift wrapped win last week for the Packers! LMAO "holding" on a field goal kick ... how convenient of them to give the Packers a freebie win from the previous Monday night fiasco.
Saints need to bench Will Smith for good. They were getting better pass rush without him.
The Gates PI was ticky-tacky. And then the obvious missed PI on Jenkins on the INT.
Lol son, that PI on Gates takes the cake. Be honest son.
Game 2: 10/7/2012
Saints - 31
Chargers - 24
Brees
370 YDS
29-45
4 TD
1 INT
Rivers
354 YDS
27-42
2 TD
1 INT
1 FUMBLE
Even if the Saints made the FG, the Packers probably would have driven for a game winning FG anyway. Either way, neither the Saints or Packers are serious playoff teams.
The Saints WRs don't get much separation right now and the o-line isn't good enough to block for long periods of time. Having Graham hurt doesn't help either, but teams are doubling him now and letting the Saints depend on the WRs. Also, Ingram is getting too many carries. He's the 4th best RB on this team. Ivory and Pierre are much better runners in between the tackles.
son the Saints losses all were within ONE score. no one is clearly beating them but themselves and some bonehead officiating in a couple of those games. they are going to be fine. will they dominate teams this season? very unlikely ... will they make the playoffs? its possible .... but they will be fine. the offense is starting to click and the defense looked better today (still not good, but better) than they have all season.
But they lost to mediocre teams as well. The Packers aren't that good. The Redskins, Chiefs, and Panthers are crappy overall. They just don't do alot of things well right now. O-line isn't blocking well, WRs aren't getting separation, Brees hasn't been his usual self, the defense has been bad, the starting DEs get no pass rush, Hartley is unreliable, and Ingram is getting carries when he shouldn't even dress. They really need to bench Will Smith and Ingram and try to establish more of a running game with Pierre and Ivory and go with Wilson and Gallette at DE because they can at least rush the passer.
lol BRhornet cant handle the truth
When you blow an 18-pt lead at home to the Chiefs, you have to face the facts that it just isn't your year.
son you're one of those Saints fans that is critical (and nothing wrong with that) ... but you're the type to say "I hope I'm wrong, but ..." ... and when they lose you say I told you so. however when they start winning you're right back on the team!
look everyone knows the Saints are struggling this season and it was expected due to the Goodell agenda, but they are nowhere near as bad as their 1-4 record shows. again all of their losses came by one score each (8, 8, 3, and 1) ... they could very easily be 3-2 or even 4-1 right now, but that's just how the cards were dealt.
That was the death nail. They could be 2-3 if they win that one and 3-2 is they hold on against Green Bay. But this team isn't good enough. They need to bench Will Smith and Ingram for good.
Off topic, but the Reds are a legitimate World Series threat. They're making the Giants pitching road kill and they already have fantastic pitching and defense.
son I have stated numerous times that the Saints have beaten themselves. they were also robbed a couple of wins as well, but honestly deserved it (other than the bogus gift wrapped/make up win for Green Bay last week)for not stepping up and taking over the game. you simply cannot turn the other cheek to the fact that all of the Saints losses were by less than 8 points. NO ONE is beating them ... they are beating themselves plain and simple.
I'd rather be honest. I'm always gonna root for them and hope for the best and I'm always with them whether they win or lose, but I'm realistic as well. I'm not making up stuff. There's a reason they are 1-4. They can bounce back for sure, but the schedule is tougher and they have alot of holes. Also, they need Brees to be great every single game.
LMAO this coming from a ing BILLS FAN???? son what's your deal anyways ... why are you a "fan" of teams all over there country? you have numerous different teams all over the place.
No reason to call him out when he's being honest.
no son your idea of being honest is to play the safe ground so that you can swap back and forth and never look "wrong". I'm not saying the refs are the reason the Saints are 1-4, but they are the reason why the Saints lost to Green Bay last week and I'll stand behind that 100%. no other team has had to deal with the bull the Saints have had to deal with this off season. its impressive that they are as good as they are right now to be honest. again ... NO ONE is beating the Saints ... they have been beating themselves ... but the ship turned around tonight. they are going to win at least 8 games this season. I'm predicting 9-7 with a nice 5 game win streak towards the end of the schedule.
Are you insinuating that I'm a bandwagon Bills fan?![]()
