What's your Thanksgiving Dinner gonna look like?

We don't have the whole turkey any more, too much trouble/time/waste. We have a big turkey breast and ham. So, our Thanksgiving dinner menu will look like this:

Turkey breast and ham
Dressing and Stuffing (there is a difference)
Green bean casserole
Potato salad
Stuffed celery
Pickles and Olives
Deviled eggs
Candied yams
Rolls
Cranberry sauce
Pumpkin Pie

Oh, and BTW...we don't have turkey at Christmas, either. A few years ago, my Mom got tired of it taking the women 6 hours in the kitchen to prepare a meal that was gonna be over in 20 minutes - and then an hour to clean up...while my brother and father sat in the living room watching parades and football, struggling to the kitchen when it was time to eat, and going back to the living room after dinner to watch more football and nap. She said she likes to watch football, too. Soooo...we now have grilled t-bone steaks, salad, baked potatoes, rolls, and pie (made the day before). It's all very easy to fix, you put the steaks on the grill, potatoes in the oven and forget about them until they are done...and NO CLEANUP! Throw the plates in the dishwasher and we're all in front of the TV!

i'm doing steaks, pastas, and some other dishes like Veal Sorrentino.
I guess for those that want the turkey like my brother Elmo there's turkey burgers. The Deserts are goin to be the , i'm gonna make me some canolis
